‘KAOS’ Exhibition 19/11/2024.

Preparation.

Moving on from focusing on thread and watercolour I tested out incorporating pressed flowers in some of my work by using flowers that link to the emotions depicted. 

‘Love in Paris’ 2024.

The Eiffel Tower (Paris) is linked with love (red). Roses are also linked with love.

‘Full of Hope’ 2024.

The Architecture building (Reading) is linked with success and growth (green). Blossom is linked with hope.


Exhibition.

Given the importance of being able to see the true colour of my work to enable the viewer to link it to emotions I prefer to curate my work in a space that provides lots of natural light, and room to position my work at eye level to allow the viewer to easily see the work and experience its context.
